Mayfield- 152 yds rushing, 73 yds passing, Total 225 Murray- 237 yds rushing, 58 yds passing, Total 295, 5 Turnovers May had 39 yds of offense and 1 first down at half and score tied 7-7. Bottom line is we have got to get better on the line of scrimmage. Lucky to get this win but I'll take it.

2 things come to mind....1)we have moved the ball all year but have sputtered several times in the red zone. We have to take advantage of those opportunities. 2)we always seem to have trouble with a good running QB. If we stop Miles, game over. Murray has a couple pretty good kids on the line and again, we have to control the LOS. We also can't be lulled to death and let them hit us on a big play pass. Gotta stay alert.

Tyler will eventually be fine. He's a good back that could be great. Runs low, powerful legs, quickness. With that said 2 things he has to work on. 1- protect the football. He is very fumble prone. Always has been. 2- when the play isn't there he has got to cut the ball up field and get what yds he can instead of reversing field. He's powerful enough to do that and break some tackles. On another note it was said thAt he wasn't happy about playing time and considering transferring back to GC next year. Well, here's your oppurtunity now do something with it.

Great high school fball game just hate to be on the losing end. My opinion McC dominated the LOS on both sides of the ball. They exposed our youth on the line. One of hardest hitting games I've seen in a while. Both sides were laying the wood. Hate to see the home streak end but bottom line is don't mean anything other than bragging rights. Will help us in the long run.

Been reading for years and now decided to join. Anyway, the only thing that worries me is PT had 5-6 backs that had 8-9 carries each which basically keeps them fresh. The speed game I'm not worried about. Anxious to see the line play this week after 2 easy weeks.
