The Bobcats kept it closer than I thought they would. It's good to see they haven't given up and Coach Red is apparently doing a good job of keeping them motivated. Congrats to the Patriots on the win.

It's nice to see Western Hills pick up the victory.

You make me laugh and I say that with respect. You remind me of Lou Holts when he coached Notre Dame. I always felt sorry for the poor Irish going into every game. You're constantly, year in and year out, down playing Belfry' s chances no matter who they play. You maybe right this year, but if Belfry was playing Jenkins, you'd be telling us how the Big Green Machine was going to throttle poor Belfry.

I wasn't there and know nothing about what went on, but it is true. A few bad apples will spoil the whole barrel. A few bad fans can ruin an entire road trip and experience at another school especially when the road trip is a long one such as this. As far as Coach Haywood, he really is as classy as you will find. My only two encounters with Coach Haywood in person came on two blow outs by Belfry, and I still came away with a huge amount of respect for the man. He is pure class all the way.

I was pulling for Trinity because they do have a Floyd Countian on the coaching staff, but oh well. Congrats to Male on a very impressive victory.

This game should help JC gain some respect. The last few years they have gotten some heat for dominating the regular season by playing a somewhat soft schedule, with exception of the Belfry game, only to lose in the playoffs to Cov Cath or Highlands. I was wrong in my prediction on this game and am really happy about that. I love JC's physical style. Great win for their program. Congrats to them.

While going to UK in the very early 90's my brother had an apartment on Tates Creek Road. His next door neighbor was Randy Holleran. This was after Holleran had finished his career at UK.

I love the old school, traditional look of Belfry. Prestonsburg' s uniforms this year look good. I also like Lawrence County's unis.
