  1. Congrats to NDA on a very nice win. Was a little surprised on this one but sounds like HHS is just getting their rhythm going with line up.
  2. Looks like another good close one..congrats to Holmes on the W.
  3. Ryle on the Maher list at #22 but listed with the #1 most difficult schedule in the state.
  4. There is a post about it..betting you saw it as well. BGP is great forum for fan support..general x and o girls basketball chat ..and getting info out on hard working teams since media coverage is down. And then ...I think some song has the line"haters gonna hate"..but I shall simply say Merry Christmas!!
  5. Sounds like a good one..nice win for Mason County!
  6. No intention to offend on my part so apologies if I did so. I've said from the start of this season HC has one of the very best PGs in the state and will be a team in the hunt. As a fan of Ryle program my comment was statistical analyses. Not sure if you saw the game but on no less than 7 occasions, Ryle got the shot they wanted as in proper pass made, defense was beat, offensive player had the advantage and missed the lay up..not talking about if the 3's would fall...not talking about if a better move had been made to beat the D..talking about lay ups...put at least 3 of those 7 buckets on the board (conservative)/Ryle was also one of the top free throw shooting teams in the state coming into that game (73%) and shot 50%..no defense involved in defending a FT.."normal" night put 5 pts back on the board..so between FTs and missed lay ups, at least 10 points left on the floor. My comment was not meant as offense to HC but commentary on things Raiders can improve on for future. Good luck to Indians rest of way!
  7. Noble having a very good December. Congrats to St Henry on the win.
  8. M Schwartz with the double double at 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Raiders with Ryle controlling the paint with 46 total team rebounds. Joined in double figures by Jump and Jones with 12 and 10, solid team defense and excellent passing. Hats off to a very scrappy CAL team that will give a lot of teams problems. Nice win Lady Raiders!
  9. Looks like the Ison/Simpson combo could make WV a dangerous team down the stretch. congrats on the win!
  10. Interesting note that NKY Coaches have Ryle #3 over all ahead of Campbell in NKY poll. Love the lady Camels so glad to see the attention they are getting in this poll. And could see how lady Raiders at 2 and 2 are difficult to break that top 20 unless of course you considered their scheduled compared to others bottom half of list. Time will tell.
  11. One more 9th region barn burner and only two weeks into the season..congrats to Boone on a big win!
  12. A good right now player for Ryle as well as future
  13. IMO player shot motion began as right foot crosses half court and she brings ball up for shot which winds up being one handed off left foot perhaps due to foul. Just my opinion but if player was going into shot motion when eight foot hit and then foul occurs..I think she at the line for 3
  14. IMO video shows player attempting shot from behind 3 point arc = 3 FTs
  15. Interesting perspective as I see that as an official projecting what he thinks shot form should look like. No dog in this fight but as fan of sport I've looked at this video several times..player is crossing half court with shot motion that begins with the legs ..as most would if stepping in to a one handed Half Court shot . Almost the same motion as layup but stepping into launch the half court. The ref opinion is the one that matters but you could have 50 refs viewing the film say it's not a shot and that won't change the fact she should have been shooting 3 free throws..again no dog in the fight.
  16. Post power going on the lady Stangs, a triple double from Schultz and nearly a double double from Shannon! Congrats to both and to the team on nice win.
