I can't help but wonder if some of the issues that led to Franklin being asked to leave wouldn't also be prevalent in a regime run by either of these guys. Both are young and without HC experience. Experience isn't always the answer, but there is a reason people value it.

I'm not a bluebird. But. CovCath, Bowling Green, Male and Freddie have all been to a state final (if not won…) since 2014. Highlands has not. And that’s the standard. Elder and Moe are Ohio schools. Their absence of a thread is an unfair comparison. I am a Bob fan. I think he’s a great ball coach, I think his fatherhood has clouded some of his coaching, and his son has some weaknesses that aren’t getting addressed in play calling. I don’t think he should be fired. But things might change.

I don’t live in the Fort, but I know two things: 1.) Cake eaters are not happy with losing in the 3rd round multiple years in a row. 2.) Bert's son plays for the Bluebirds at the youth level, and Ft. Thomas residents are hopeful that means he’s coming back.

Harrison County 9.) Bishop Brossart 10.) Mason County I take issue with a few of them, but overall, we're all seeing GRC at the top, and everyone else chasing them.

There are a lot more good coaches in high school sports than there are good coaching jobs. There is a major difference.

There were rumors of some post-game shenanigans involving Paris' coaching staff. I'll be interested to see if those happen again.

I'm not opposed to Cynthiana as the all time place when their gym is done. It's about as centrally located as it gets. But I have a feeling it will never stop rotating now, and we'll be driving somewhere different every season.

A quick "meet in the middle" map app usage tells me that for the best bang for our buck, the center of the 10th region is Mt. Olivet. Think we could get them to add a few more seats to their gym? Does any other region have this much controversy about hosting the basketball tourney?
