I'm team Bluejackets this year. I am high on what they have returning, and think early season they have the advantage of chemistry and experience over a shuffled GRC roster. I say Nicholas 75 GRC 70

GRC will win this by 25 or more.

NC has to be shooting <10% from the field.  A ton of misses from 6’ and in.

Well. I definitely didn’t have a good read on this situation…

I made the arduous trek from Falmouth to see if the hype was real.  NC will be fine, but the rumors of GRCs “demise” have been greatly exaggerated.  

75-39 GRC end of 3.  Warm up the bus. 

85-48 GRC.  Final from Carlisle.

Yes, one of the best.  GRC is just good.  If these two meet in the postseason though I think it will be much closer.  Nicholas County is better, I think, than the way the played tonight.

GRC looked in mid season form. Nicholas looked like it was the first game of the season. Nicholas also has no bench. They played 6-7 kids whole game. Nicholas will be a problem for a lot of teams this year. They’ll have a good record at seasons end and should compete for region crown as predicted. GRC doubled on defense at all the right times, tip of the cap to Coach, he knew all the buttons to push and knew the NC kids by name. GRC personnel is not as “D-1” as they have been in recent memory, but still should be heavy region favorite. Nicholas is physically tough, tonight GRC was tougher, GRC has some tough, scrappy, mix it up kids and they came out swinging to let the 10th region know the championship still runs through GRC.
