  1. Nice win Camels! Way to overcome some early turnovers. Nice to see them stick with the passing game which help open up the bread and butter of the running game.
  2. No wonder they are 7 and 0. Playing 32 kids the majority of the time has to have its advantages. Ha Ha
  3. I can only hope that the SK coaches and players think the same way.
  4. You know the difference right? Hightchew won a state championship, and if he doesn't get hurt in the beechwood game his senior year, he wins 2. Durham has zero chance to win one. Not to mention, everyone gives NCC, Highlands and Beechwood crap for having kids on their roster from other areas, why does CCHS get a pass, Durhams from Bellevue...... Talking about apples to apples. I would find it hard to compare the two divisions. As far as Durham may have lived in Bellevue but he RESIDES in Alexandria.
  5. Camels control the ball on the ground and grind out a win. Camels 14 Jags 10
  6. No hurt feelings at all. You should be very proud of the tradition that Highlands has built over the years and decades. I just thought that it was a little premature to call a game that is over a year away.
  7. Again, very arrogant to predict the outcome of a High School game that is nearly a year away. HHS does have a great team and a deep tradition. Stop being a homer though
  8. 7 Boone County 5 Walton Verona 3 Rockcastle County 2 Newport Catholic 1 Campbell County TB Boone County
  9. QB, most of the defensive backfield, most of the offensive skill positions. Camels were a really young team last year.
  10. CCHS should be improved. The Sophs that started last year will have another year of growth, strength, and experience. Walsh should start the year back Saftey. I look for the Camels to repeat as district champs.
  11. Didn't the kid who transferred from Texas mostly play JV? He was impressive but I did not realize he had that much varsity time.
  12. Tyler Walsh - CCHS. Sorry don't have his stats from last year.
  13. I can only speak for my son but I've never seen him this excited about football this early in the year. Coach and his staff are laying the foundation of a solid program.
  14. I'll take the Copperheads also in a close one.
  15. If the Camels can put together a full game of football they will move on. I'm picking Camels 28 -17
  16. I'm going out on a limb. CCHS overcomes several injuries and wins a close one. 28 - 21
  17. You can't compare CC's JV team to Boone's starting defense. Most of the CC's soph's are starting varsity and don't play JV.
  18. It depends on how well the Camels can contain Mr. Pike. If he has a big night running the ball it will be a long night for the Camels. With that being said I say Camels in a close one 12 - 10.
  19. Honey, Do you think KFC is still open?
  20. EXCUSE ME! I think you have forgot something!
  21. Spider Man, Spider Man, does whatever a spider can......
  22. Camels had a hard time hanging on to the ball but made a game of it in the second half. #44 for SK is a horse, ran the ball extremely hard.
