  1. I can't stand Larussa. Please say it ain't so! Would make for some very interesting pre-game interviews with Marty though
  2. 7 - Newport 5 - Lloyd 3 - Walton Verona 2- Boone 1 - Carroll County TB - Walton Verona
  3. SK has a Freshman playing varsity? Just asking.
  4. You may be right. I just hope this doesn't turn into another Ocho Sinco bit. I love what BP can do on the field but some of his antics are starting to get a little old.
  5. Bob is a no nonsense owner and wants to win more than anything. I don't see Dusty going anywhere with the amount of money the Reds would have to eat but I would be equally shocked if BP was still here when the winter meettings are over. He crossed the line when he was bashing the ownership and his contract. This very well could be Brandon's last game as a Red.
  6. I believe it's an ED commercail where the guy is on the prarie hauling the horses. He has to hitch the team up to pull the truck through the mud. I always thought why didn't he just drive around the mud puddle to begin with, IT'S A WIDE OPEN PRARIE!
  7. That's good, they will have a good look at the backs of the jersey as the Camel RB goes on by.
  8. Is your O-line going to play defense as well? I'm a little confused. I'm saying that CC's O-line will open holes against SK's D-line. I'm not doubting that SKs offense will have its oppurtunities I think they will be limited due to the ground game of Camels.
  9. Seems like I've heard that before. Camels are huge up front and if they can get the run game established they will control the clock and that is in their favor. I'm not denying that SK has an explosive offense but feel that the Camels will limit the touches and grind out some long drives. Camels also need to win the turnover battle. Coming off of a bye and being the game it is I believe they grind this one out and win a close one.
  10. I'm surprised that CC decided to field a team this year since Tyler is gone. Oh, wait a minute there were 10 other players on the field along with him. Camels return 7 Offensive starters and I believe 8 on Defense. Camels in a close one. BTW - No disrespect for Tyler, GREAT Player and more importantly a GREAT person. He would be the first to tell you that he didn't do it all on his own.
  11. I truly do look for this one to be a slug fest. Camels continue to run behind that massive O-line and control the clock. Kuntz will get his but his oppurtunities will be limited. Camels in a tight one 17 - 14.
  12. Please recap all of these blowouts that you speak of. 2011 - CCHS 6 - 0, 2012 Regulare Season - Don't remember the exact score but it was Camels by one, 2012 playoffs - SK by 8. Again you blow all of us a way with the time and energy you spend researching your post.
  13. I'm looking forward to this game tonight. I haven't seen Scott play but Cooper has an outstanding QB and passing game. The game I saw the defense did struggle with the run. If Cooper can eliminate turnovers I take them in a close game. 28 -24
  14. 7 - Highlands 5 - Walton Verona 3 - Newport 2 - Dayton 1 - Bellevue TB - Highlands.
  15. 7 - Dixie 5 - Beechwood 3 - Lloyd 2 - Pendleton County 1 - Ryle TB - Dixie
  16. Just my opinion that if the weather is a factor it will hurt the passing game of Connor. I also believe that it will play into the time consuming ground game of the Camels. As far as mudders it was just my way of saying that both of these guys are power runners and not the slash and make you miss runner. This style should have a little more success on a wet field. JMO
  17. I would agree that a wet field would benefit the Camels. Wood and Howard are mudders
  18. I'll take the Camels in a close one. Drew will get his yardage but the oppurtunistic Camel defense will bend but won't brake. The offense will control time of possesion with the ground game. Anyone know what the weather is forecasted to be? Could play a huge part. Camels 17 - 14.
  19. My advice to Scott fans would be don't put too much stock in the polls. The non-district part of the schedule is to work on things and to prepare yourself for district games. Enjoy the games on Friday and look forward to the next week. CCHS's and Lickerts philosphy is the non district part of the schedule is like preseason, you want to win games but more importantly is to work on oppurtunities, find your strengths, and show improvement each week. If anyone has watched the Camels since week one you can see the progress.
  20. UKFan learned a new football term this weekend and wanted to use it in a sentence.
  21. Leathal Weapon - The last fight scene with Mel Gibson "You want a shot at the title Jack"? Transporter - Opening car chase "rules are rules" Tombstone - Any scene but one of my favorites is the Ringo and Doc duel. "Fights not with you Holiday" Old School - Party scene "Once it touches the lips"
