  1. I'm going to toot the CCHS horn for a minute. TE - Avery Wood very undersized but can catch anything thrown to him and a very impressive run blocker.
  2. What makes you think he is unproven?
  3. Let me put it in terms that you would understand...... The front 3 on Defense returning this year have D1 written all over them. All of them over 6'3 and 275. Rumors are that the O-line is topping in at an average of 330 lbs and all of them run of 4 flat in the 40. The RB is a hammer and will rush for 2500 yards. With all seriousness I'm not sure what 3/4 quartets of the offense means but the core of the O-line returns anchored by one of the top three linemen in Schneider. They also return the RB and possibly the fastest WR in NKY. You are correct they will miss Mr. Durham but I feel Coach will have a plan and this will be a more balanced offense this year. If I'm not mistaken the entire D-Line and LBers return. I think NKY 6A will be very competitive this year and as I stated in my earlier post CCHS returns the core of starters from last year.
  4. I don't have rosters or anything but CCHS returns the majority of the starters from last year.
  5. Looks like they have a really strong schedule. I believe they are the most improved team in 6A and very well could be the measuring stick for 6A in NKY.
  6. I've tried the Hayloft in Alexandria a couple of times. On Thursdays they have Burger Mania, I highly suggest the brunch burger.
  7. I live 5 minutes away and they have great brkfst food. When my son played Red Devils it was a tradition to eat there the day of the NKYFL Super Bowl.
  8. Tyler Walsh has to be in that conversation. I will say he was hurt a big part of the year.
  9. Not sure of his exact numbers but he had to be one of the leaders in rushing, scoring, and threw for 12 or 13 hundred yards. Not too shabby.
  10. I don't think so....He will be busy making visits to D1 schools.
  11. Good game Neers. Congrats to the players and coaches. Good luck the rest of the way.
  12. UK#1 Fan alone is worth the price of admission to this blog.
  13. He will be the one on the ledge that everyone is trying to talk down after the Neers defeat.
  14. Wake up! Wake up! You are dreaming (as the alarm clock is ringing in the background)
  15. I'm going to make my prediction of Camels 35 - SK 24. Kuntz will have a good game but offense of the Camels is too much for the Neers.
  16. I usually don't talk trash on this board but in the spirit of UK#1fan here goes.....I don't think it will matter how many you put in the box. Camels ran the same play nine times in a row the last game to score the winning TD and 2 point conversion. Go Camels!
  17. If the Camels take care of the ball they win. Three turnovers in the first half last time really put them behind. For those of you that think Tyler is a one dimensional player I can only hope the SK players and coaches agree. This offense has really evolved over the season and they have multiple weapons. Not a lot of "star" power but solid athletes. I will say that the secondary for the Camels better show up as well. Kuntz did have a good game the last time and it was much closer than this Camel fan would like. Go Camels!
  18. Haven't seen Ballard play but hear that they have a big physical back.
  19. I respect your opinion but would have to disagree. These kids have won on every level that they have played. The Junior class is the same that was 15 yards shy against Cov. Cath of playing HHS in the Freshman Championship. You would be correct to say that this team does not have a lot of start power (besides Durham) but it is loaded with a ton athletes. I guess that's why they play the games on Friday night. By the way no offense taken. Difference in opinion is what makes these boards fun.
  20. Congrats on a nice win Camels and back to back District Champs. O-line was very impressive. #18 is making clear that he is not only a runner but turning into a passer as well. Looking forward to next week.
  21. CCHS has to stop the turnovers and putting the defense in a bad way. With that being said I believe that Campbell grinds out a win on the ground. 21 - 17 Camels.
  22. Boone now has the recipe for success. The win is a toss up. I see the Rebels trying to control the clock but SK does have big play ability. I'll go bold and say SK 14 Boone 10 in a game that comes down to who has the ball last.
