Yes he made huge leaps this year in track. Shaved almost 2 minutes off of his mile time. Hoping that translates into XC success this year. He has a mental block he started to get rid of this past year. Was shaving 15-30 seconds off his mile every meet. He’s growing, finally, and I had him on a weight program all summer. Now he has to believe he can be so much better!
