Russell travels to Greenup County for the 1st of 2 back to back rival games in district play. Who gets the win?

This has been a big game for these intercounty rivals for many years. This year, the rivalry has an even bigger meaning as the teams are now district foes. Russell has a lobsided advantage in the history but Greenup County has the win in the last 2 years. Who wins?

I think Russell has the better team this year, but Greenup has the best player. Sammons is a 6'5" D1 QB who can make all the throws. Ball control offense could be key for Russell. Keep the Marshall commit off the field.

I have concerns about Greenup's ability to move the chains through the air, especially after Russell's game with Fleming. For Russell's part, they should be able to run the ball effectively. Greenup has been surrendered yardage on the ground to teams that run the ball with conviction.
