Why is this game always played so early in the season?

In the past it was played as the last game of the regular season but a couple years ago at the district meeting, the other coaches decided they wanted to schedule the game in a different set up so thats why those were scheduled so early.

As for this year, it is because of the KHSAA deciding to have all the district games fall in certain weeks and Rockcastle County/Bell County just so happened to fall next week.

As for the game tonight....I'm super glad that the Rockets could overcome the injury bug that hindered them throughout this week and continue their dominance over Madison Southern.

I can't wait to listen to the rebroadcast tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m.
