^ If history shows itself in that way. I have never heard such, ever, regarding teams coming to the 'Ville.

They told me the Referees for the Mason County game was from the 14th Region and they called a fine game. I wonder why they did not use Bluegrass Officials for all of the games. Are they running short or did Montgomery just want to bring in some out of town officials?

Evidently you have been to very few games in your area or the L'ville area when other teams from around the state come to play.......bottom line is Trinity nor any other team in this state is unbeatable....just the facts!

13th region officials love to call the fouls....We(South Laurel) have already had 4 games this season with 50+ fouls called. It really gets tough to watch at times and takes away so much from the games. The little knick-knack fouls that are 30 ft from the basket, the ones that doesn't change possesion or make the ballhandler lose control are the crazy ones called all the time in the 13th. We have made several trips into central Ky. this season and its very common to only have 20-25 fouls called the entire game.

The foul called with .1 on the clock was a foul....you can see it on youtube. It's just that you never see a whistle blown in that situation. By the way the official that made that call is one of the best in the 13th, he has called several state tournament games in the past. The foul that was called on the Trinity missed freethrow with 5 secs. left looked to be very questionable.

Thanks, D-Rob.

Uh, tough call on T to say the least. I also think it was a tough call on T when they got called for the foul on the missed FT.

Probably like a lot of people I thought Trinity would win. I like Central and think they have great team. It would have been nice to have seen this great matchup end without controversy. Just from reading the quotes from the player Taylor and Coach Feldhaus you have to believe that they thought the refs gave them a lucky break. But it is what it is and we will just have to wait for the rematch in the Sweeet sixteen if it happens.

BOTH fouls were VERY questionable IMO. The word incompetent comes to mind. Olympics come to mind.

Then you guys must adjust to the officiating in your region.....the game is officiated differently throughout the state....not a good thing but something that has been around for years and years....hopefully sometime in the near future, the officiating in the state will become more consistent throughout...

Congrats to Madison Central. T will be just fine.

Thanks, D-Rob.

IMO there were several tough calls against Trinity, especially 4th quarter.

After watching the play, you are correct. There was a foul; however, it was a foul on the Madison Central player. Dieudonne clearly has inside position on the ball and is backing up to make the interception when the Madison Central player jumps over his back.

Horrible way to steal a game from a team!

The reality is- referees should NEVER decide a game and they do and one team gets screwed and in this case it was Trinity!

However, I still have to give Madison Central credit for a great game.

Reality is MC 78 Trinity 77......that is a win, not a steal!!
