Please say a prayer for me tomorrow

Featured Replies

I feel kind of self adsorbed asking for you all to say a prayer for me but I'm having a hernia repaired tomorrow afternoon. Even though its a small surgery I am more nervous than I thought I would be because of the little things that can go wrong.

Hopefully I'll be feeling up to getting on here sooner rather than later to let everyone know how it went.

Thanks in advance.

Good luck.

Curiously, my dad had hernia surgery yesterday and is doing very well. He had his tonsils removed when he was 3 and the hernia surgery at 79; he jokes that he has surgery every 76 years. I joke that he will be pretty daggone old when he has his next surgery.

Best of luck, prayers for a safe and successful surgery.

Good luck, I pray everything goes well.

Prayers from here!

May God bless you and hope all goes well.

Thoughts & prayers for God to give you comfort during your surgery.

Never feel awkward asking for prayer -- especially here.

You have them from me.

Bud, I've never spent a night in the hospital, as a patient, in my life. I can imagine what you're going through. You've got 'em coming from here.

You will be in my prayers. It's definitely normal to be nervous to go in for any kind of operation.
