Did anyone notice that the chain gang didn't come out on the field one time to make a measurment? All the close first downs were by X. THOSE REFS WERE DEFINITLY NOT HOMERS!!

 

I am big enough to make the comment, I am afraid that the portly ref did not want to bend down anymore after marking the ball. A measurement or two would have been nice. Mr. orange hands made sure we had plenty of time:laugh:

I can not remember the last time I saw a measurement on the field. And the refs seem to always call the close ones a first down. Is there some kind of a rule for officials now that you give the team the first down if it is close enough to measure?

Last we heard he went to a KY ER begged to go back across the river. In the ER doctor notes he asked for a minute to change his avatar prior to getting the paddles.:clap:

It just doesn't get any better than this! Congratulations to the 2009 Bluebird squad... practice hard, play hard and win.

 

The entire offense did a masterful job against one of the top defensive units in the country... Bardo, AC and the o-line were awesome. The defense played perfect football. Some of the best tackling I have seen in the last couple of years. Our d -backs kept Massa frustrated all night long.

 

Now to give credit to Dale and his coaching staff who crafted one heck of a game plan that worked to perfection. Dale had the kids believing before, during and now after the game.

Cam Dierig, you made happen what physics would dictate cannot happen. Heart overcomes all else. When that kid (#78 with a boatload of BCS offers) is playing at some BCS school on Saturdays, make sure you tell your buddies how your 5' 6" frame pancaked him and dominated him all night!
