October 1, 201015 yr "In the Company of Heroes" by Chief Warrant Officer Michael J. Durant. He was one of the Blackhawk helicopter pilots shot down in the battle of Mogadishu. He talks about all of his experiences serving in the Army's 470th Military Intelligence Group and the 160th SOAR Airborne Special Ops - The Nightstalkers. Very good book. Might be the quickest 380 pages I've ever read.

October 8, 201015 yr I'm reading a book on grammar. That's how I roll. :lol: What is it? I just finished In Search of Time: The Science of the Curious Dimension and Traffic: Why We Drive the Way We Do. Both were extremely interesting, and I'm almost certain anyone would enjoy the latter.

I don't think your man card is in jeopardy for reading A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Yes, the main character is a young girl, but the real story is the socio-economic dynamics of the time. Does that help?

As a matter of fact, it would have been against the rules in that forum to say this, but I think that some of those folks have been dabbling with some other homegrown items if they think that is reality.
