May 23, 200917 yr I was shocked to hear/read that so many people insist that Vick should not be allowed to return to the NFL. Assuming the Commish says its OK what would be a valid reason to deny Vick a right to earn a living at what he happens to be able to do?
May 23, 200917 yr Yes he has served his time. Let him play. If the courts decide how longs someone should be punished, after someone does their time let them do their job. I know that many professions do not allow fellons, but the NFL I don't think has any rules against it. So he should be able to play.
May 23, 200917 yr If anyone should be allowed back in the league it should be Vick. He has served over two years of federal prison time and thats more than what CJ, Pacman, Jamal, Tank, any of those guys can say. In fact he should even be able to come back suspension free being he has served enough time IMO.

I can't remember where I heard it but one poll had 75% saying he should be allowed to play, so I think it's a relatively small number but who are very vocal. I totally agree with you.

May 24, 200917 yr I don't like anything that he has done, but he has served his time. There shouldn't be any reason for him to be banned from the NFL - except that he is a bad QB.
May 24, 200917 yr I believe that he should be allowed to play. He has paid his debt to society. But, I will not be a fan of the team that he plays for.

He may not have won a Super Bowl, or had 300 yard passing games, but he won games. I don't think he was that bad of a qb.
