No not at a bank, but as an administrator at BCHS.

I think it would be cool if Morris takes the job. Heck, maybe it will result in us getting back on each other's schedules asap. It would be nice seeing the Boyle County fans again at tail gate parties. Good peeps.

I agree with that thought. One of the great problems can be for tremendous athletes is the inability to accept what you have on a team you coach and adapting your coaching to their talent.

 

Time will tell. I for one am very excited to see where this goes. Will it replace the Chuck Smith era? NO. I don't think that will happen again at Boyle and maybe nowhere else. Will it create renewed excitement and invigorate a good program back to being a contender? Time will tell and that is what I'm hoping for. I can't think of any other coach (save maybe 1) that I would be this optimistic about coming in.

 

 

kids are on the sideline watching because they aren't committed enough to play the game. It takes a kid that wants to be there to do 2 practices a day for 3-4 weeks in the hot sun.

From my understanding Morris already has a Farm in that part of KY already and he will have his buyout money coming in. I believe he wants to coach at Boyle if feasible. WKYT said they will be meeting tomorrow and it will not be in Boyle County. I look for it to happen.

 

BTW, does anyone think this will make KY schools like Texas? Paying Head Football Coaches 6 digits, just to coach high school football?

It sounds to me the done deal has been undone.

I would say he probably has a nice nest egg and gets to do what he loves with half the pressure of being a head college coach. He'll be at home on his farm sounds like a win win to me. As far as questioning his success I thought when he was the offensive line coach here they were the best coached unit on the team, and yes he did have a winning season at UK which shouldn't be easily dismissed.

From what I understand He was just in California...He hasn't had much time to make any big decisions...
