It says Boyle County has been in talks with Morris and he supposed to interview Thursday. They also have a press conference set for Friday to annonce the new coach.\

 

I am sure if Morriss wants the Job it's his. I doubt there will be much of an interview process. This will be interesting to see how it plays out. Coaching major college and coaching KY high school football is a lot different.

That is almost unbelievable. If he doesn't get hired, I guess they'll call Bill Cowher next.

Jody Demling was just talking about it on his radio show. Looks like Guy will not get his million dollar bonus if he takes a college coaching job, he has a farm in near by Perryville and is talking with BC. Sure looks like it is going to happen.

I had a source tell me a little while ago that it was a strong possibility. (That's the best way I can put it in my guarded optimism.)

 

This would certainly be a great thing for the Boyle program IMHO. I just won't count it until Morris announces it. :thumb:

Now this is only what I herd, and right now I have no reason to not believe this source. I was told that Guy right now is in Texas buying cattle for his farm in Boyle County. That Guy Morris will be announced this coming Friday to be the Head Coach at Boyle County High School. :eek:

Wow is right, this is unbelievable a well known college coach coming to Boyle Co.. Well just like most of you, I have to see it first to believe it.

A source that I have relied on for years told me today that Morriss is going to be the next coach. I was also told that he is actually in town today meeting with a few people that are really close to the Boyle program. He actually does own a farm here (he bought it when he was coach at UK).

 

I don't know why he would want to step down from college to high school but perhaps he thinks this would be the best for him right now.

 

For the question....would we "fans" be happy.....I can only speak for myself, but I would be happy with anyone that treats the kids like they should be treated.

 

So I guess we will just have to wait to see what happens but if Larry Vaught says that it might happen then I would have to say that it will.
