oldrambler
Both teams have had 2 possesions and are playing good defense - both teams have hurt themselves with penalties and a dropped pass from a wide open reciever. Raceland has the ball back. Raceland so far is playing conservative, mostly running the football. Tomcats have had the better field position. End of the 1st Qtr. 0-0 With the exception of the fist play from scrimmage for Ashland (25yd. gain by Carter)- the Raceland defense has pretty much been in their backfield all night. oldrambler
Raceland "fakes" running the clock out, acts like they are leaving the field - rush back into position to run play - Late Hit on Ashland.
Incognito
Raceland off to a semi-good start. They need to play smarter the second half and shake off some of their jitters.
oldrambler
Halftime: Raceland - 7 Ashland - 0 With the exception of Ashlands last drive, Raceland has completely dominated the game on both sides of the ball. Rams have fumbled twice deep at the Tomcat goal line - score should be 21-0 Raceland. Arrrggggh (LOL)

oldrambler
What kind of formation has Ashland been running? They have been in multiple set with some option - Raceland has been controlling the line of scrimmage so far - they have been in the Tomcats backfield all night. Thomas hasn't been able to get anything off, Carter has been the Ashland offense. I am sure that Coach Hart will make proper adjustments at the half and Raceland will see a different team in the 2nd half. Raceland has 167 total yards - Ashland 82 total yards.
