OC is now the Buffalo Bills of 2A football.

Honestly shocked to see OC live and how their aerial game was so well defended by LCA.  After listening to the BW game, I expected Carothers to be surgical.  Not today.  So many missed open receivers, bad reads, interceptions on poor decisions.  The young man (1st year starter) will grow a lot as this defense had him  very confused.

LCA- 31

O’Cath- 30

We have a theme developing. Two games featuring multiple time runner up teams finishing runner up again.

Any other title games featuring a team that has been runner-up the last couple years?

I believe Raceland is more like the Bills both losing 4 in a row but it appears that Catholic Raceland and Glasgow are the best to never win one and the bad part is your only stay on these hot streaks for a while you eventually miss your opportunity.

Hate it for the Aces. But they had a good year!

Congrats LCA!

Has O Cath missed their opportunity? They lose 13 senior starters by my count.

Hate it for OCath as well as one of the western kentucky teams hoping to win a championship but congratulations to LCA a really young team showcasing HOOD and Whalen could repeat be possible?

LCA is a contender every year. Certainly a repeat is possible.

I know the sophomore class won the D-3 State Title. So they may not be done.
