South Warren and Logan County do not have any reclassified players.

St. X doesn't and I don't think Trinity does either. I don't think anyone wants to pay another year of tuition.

Nope. Two Ballard 5th year players worked for lawnscaping companies on school grounds and in that community during school hours. No classes.

NCC does not.  The Diocese of Covington did not allow schools to extend this option.

I've got a joke.  You have a Highlands guy and a CCH guy in a room and they are bitter enemies .  How do you make them friends?..............You put a a Beechwood guy in the room. 

As many has stated over and over again, this happens so often before kids ever even reach high school. This is typically  done before kids reach middle school, because there are rules regarding it once they reach middle school.  Our 7th grade team  played a Johnson Co team that ended our season. Each of our players were born in '04, while almost all of their players were born in '02. That's something the middle school teams have been battling since forever. I was told one year,  Corbin had 23 players held back, after parents got together in attempt to form a super team. This happens all over the state, predominantly in southern and eastern part of the state.  For the record, I absolutely hate the rule, but it is what it is, and when playing within the rules, can not fault anyone for taking advantage of options given to them by the state.

Yes, I should have included them with Cov Cath. I don't think any private schools allowed reclassification. Which makes sense to me because the private schools did more in class learning during the height of COVID.

No greater proof than that of how people hate on success. You would think those two programs who have experienced that jealousy would not turn around and do the same to another team. But they do hate each other so why wouldn't they hate a team experiencing more success than them.

Lets face it.  If it wasn't for a high level player of Hergott's stature this never would have become the issue it has become.  Again we all do what we think is best for our kids.  But he did seem to become the lightening rod for those that oppose this offer.

All I was saying is that that the Beechwood guy was a great peace maker.  What are you saying?

How many in NKY, besides Beechwood and Holmes, had reclassified players? Not many at all. If any.

Cooper, Dixie, and Conner had at least one as far as I know. Not sure about any of the other schools in NKY.
