Just because I haven’t been able to go to games it doesn’t mean I don’t follow them! There is a thing called a job that kept me away from the games the past three years! Social media kept me update with the games as so did my my friends.  Tonight was the first Beechwood game I have been to since Beechwood beat Raceland in the finals. It was as electric as past Beechwood vs Cov Cath games. It was an great atmosphere. As far as Beechwood is concerned I have been following this program since the early 80’s. ! I know a lot about Beechwood’s rich football history since the 80’s. 
 

As far as this team is concerned. Are they beatable? Of course they are. Can anyone in 2a beat them? Yeah of course they can. Will anyone beat them in 2a? Only time will tell but I will tell you this Beechwood is loaded from watching them and what everyone else is telling me. They are better than the team that won the title last year. It will take one heck of team to beat them.

So basically you are saying that any team who wins the title that has players repeat that a rule the state passed the state title is tainted? ??

It's frustrating for sure. While CCH doesn't have Mayer they do have several really good options to throw the ball to, he just doesn't trust the QB to throw the ball 

Found out what the issue at the end of the game was. Coach Hergott, as soon as game ended started walking toward CCH student section and was yelling and gesturing to them. Super classy. There is a video of it on 859 sports  Twitter if your interested.

CCH students were yelling derogatory stuff towards the players and coaches during pregame. Which is fine, to each their own.  CCH administrators are right there and they do nothing about it. An INSANELY derogatory social media post was sent out by CCH students before the game, which made an already motivated team even more heated. Coach Hergott simply put his hand to his ear making a “I can’t hear you” gesture towards the crowd, which is evident by the video, and he was met with a “you’re a piece of...” from a coach from CCH as he was walking to shake their hands. Again, all was evident in the video.  Please, I beg you, worry about what’s happening inside the CCH program, it’s not good……

Just watched it, he’s a class act for sure.  Glad to see Eviston and the coaching staff said something about it.  Be better than that Greg, they are kids.  

Once again, they are called 859Insider.  We are (859) Sports Radio.  And the confusion between the two continues.  Go figure.  We did not post any videos.

They were chanting "5th year senior" and go to college.  But yeah, totally normal for a coach to engage  with students from the opposing team.

Call me thoughly impressed. Beechwood's teams they have beaten have 5-17 record.
