I thought this might be a better game after I saw Calloway County Smoke Cooper earlier this year… not the case. Assumption is dominating every aspect of this one.

So you are picking Assumption? I feel that Assumption has the toughest road to the finals but they will get there. I think GRC is too deep and talented and will be State Champs.

I think this will be a really good game. If HC can get and stay hot from the perimeter, they have already shown what they can do to Ryle. If they have to rely on driving to score I think Ms McClain will cause a lot of problems for them. Good Luck and stay healthy!

Hey you’re not the only one that felt that way. 12 of the 15 sports writers around the state picked them to win the region. 3 still have a shot of getting it right. 1 picked Holy Cross and 2 picked Ryle. Nobody saw a first round exit after their domination and all the accolades they receive.

Humphrey led the way for the Pandas with 15. Addie Lawrie follows her fellow senior dropping in 13. Pandas will get ANOTHER regional game vs Highlands(3rd year in a row) The Pandas played and won vs HHS this year in a tight one at Highlands on their Senior night.

16 in state running clocks the 6! Cooper has all player accolades: player of year, first team this , second team that. Miss Hustle etc etc. 12 of 15 sports writers pick them to win region. They don’t just get beat… they get clocked. Fluke? Coaching? McClain? Congrats to Ryle to end the 11 game losing streak. Impressive!

Sarah Young and Amelia Stallard both finish with 20+ points to lead the Pandas! Erin McGraw was exceptional all night under intense pressure from Tootie Jordan. Big win for the Pandas!

Seems like you have given up on the rest of regional 9? NDA won head to head and might be full strength in Region tourney. They were not full strength in the game they won but they did have a monster qtr. Holy Cross has won a bunch in a row and continues to gel into a solid team and a real threat Ryle took them to the mat for most of their head to head. And it took a 42 point game from Noel to win. I don’t think it’s that cut and dry.

That’s a big call! I hope you’re right. It would be good to see a change in the guard in region 7 as well as region 9.

Tough road ahead

No surprise that this game was fun to watch. Sarah Young for NDA the player of the game with 17points a few blocks and a ton of rebounds. Addie Lawrie also strong for the Pandas with 10 points off the bench. Pandas with way too many turnovers that leave the door open for Holy Cross but they still manage to get the W. If NDA cleans up the turnovers they win by 10. They have some work to do. Super early for this game. Congrats to Coach Stoll to get his first home win for the Pandas.

So LC only beat Ryle by 1 and the only beat Cooper by 1? Seems interesting.

Wow! What a game. Those boys will be talking about that game forever. I haven’t been to a game in a while at highlands. Would love to know how the highlands fans feel about the “First Down” and opponent “3rd down” calls by the PA. Yikes. ?. CCH fans took objection to him in the microphone up to the ball hike most of the night. I personally found it annoying but I’m just a grumpy old man.

Watch the game again unbiased. They were protected by the gray haired ref. If you really watch the game unbiased you will see his bias. It is what it is. I’m out. I know the double duece hates when you go after refs but in this case it was true NDA was under the thumb. I’m out. This was is my last post. The last 2 fouls on NDA s player Lawrie were bogus. Adult fans from Cooper waved her to the bench. Go Sacred Heart. Wow.
