They were going to live or die with the 3s.  I was saying to myself..... take it easy and go to the rim but Highlands stuck with it......kept firing away and FINALLY the 4th quarter was their money quarter hitting 3s with much more consistency it seemed like.

What an electric atmosphere!  I am glad my kids were able to witness it in person, I on the other hand got denied this HOT ticket.

On to Rupp!!!!  Hope to be able to make that game....

Really enjoyed this game. Fantastic long-range shooting by Highlands. All around game by Vinson is a pleasure to watch.

Ha!  They are coached well with college aspects in starting 5. Team with multiple weapons. Fun to watch

I knew they had the pieces and chemistry to win the 9th  when I watched them on stream defeat Ashland by 9 at Highlands in the first game of the season for both teams. Vinson is a special talent.

Very happy for Coach Listermann, his assistants and most importantly the players. Winning a regional tournament and competing on a state level is special, especially in the crazy year we've had.

Pulling for the Bluebirds to represent the 9th well.

I know that Sam Vinson is a very very good basketball player and very much deserves all of the accolades that he receives, but this team goes as Zach Barth takes them. Drilled a couple of clutch threes, takes the ball to the hole and most importantly is a pest on defense.

Coach and staff had to fight through the lean years, but they have worked so hard to make basketball fun again in Fort Thomas which is nice to see.

Good luck to all next week and bring home the big prize.
