I wonder if the perception is the same for all out of state students playing sports? Or is it only basketball players at CovCath?

After the game, the CovCath radio broadcast team said that they saw Vieth down on the court holding his leg in pain.  Has anyone heard any updates to that observation by the CCH radio team?

Nothing wrong with him at all. He was up jumping up and down celebrating after being on the floor for a minute, per several at the game, so should be good to go for next game. Maybe a cramp??

Yes, back in about 03.  Had some nice players, who have turned into really good dudes, notably among them, one of the Earth's best humans, Matt Fabiani.

Officiating question here on that last shot:  Obviously there was contact but if the contact came on the follow through after the buzzer can it be called?  Looked like it was a bang, bang play but I think the contact might have been after the buzzer.

Bang, bang as in Vieth running over Isparo.  There was clear, hard contact and the foul should have been called.  However, CCH has no one to blame but themselves.  Can't miss free throws and wide open layups.  

On the final play, CCH first made a mistake when the inbounds pass was thrown to Isparo and he was going the wrong way.  Would love to have seen him what happened if he catches the ball and his momentum is going the proper way.

Wyatt is also really good friends with a few of those CCH players from across the river, and so he wanted to have a little fun with them.

They had the second or third best team in the state. Just happened to draw Mason County in the first round, and gave them all they wanted.

I think one of St. Henry's better players was injured in the regional final as well, so they weren't at 100%.

I hope somebody out there can help me with his name, but the big reddish curly haired kid on the 2003 team that got hurt, got hurt in that Chris Lofton led Mason County game, and St. Henry might’ve won if he hadn’t gotten hurt. Late in the game there was a terrible missed obvious travelling call on Mason County that also could’ve turned things the Cru’s way.
