nWo Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 A southward moving cold front across the region will interact with a weakly to moderate buoyant airmass with weak inhibition to foster scattered thunderstorm development during the afternoon. nWo Posted May 25, 2019 Author Share Posted May 25, 2019 The Cincinnati/Covington area is now in a Category 2 Slight Risk Area for scattered severe storms Sunday afternoon. There's a Category 1 Marginal Risk Area that reaches just south of I-64. Conditions may develop that will support supercell development along with the threat for hail and damaging winds.
