November 10, 200619 yr What a good game, UofL was weak the entire second half. Speed on defense killed the Louisville offensive line in this game.
November 10, 200619 yr How can you penalize a team for that? You can't stop 20,000 people. IMO, it the same thing as the team running on the field...You cant stop them, but it should have been a penalty, whether it would have mattered or not.

November 10, 200619 yr How would they get shafted if nobody goes undefeated? Now if someone went 13-0, including their conference championship game, and didn't get a shot at it... I didn't mean shafted by the BCS, I meant shafted as a conference in general. They do have a guarantee in one BCS game though - right?
November 10, 200619 yr Worst. Half. Ever. Not to say Rutgers didn't play HARD... they were awesome... But that was RIDICULOUS. There was NO reason the Cardinal offense couldn't come up with something. Unbelievable. The pressure the Knights got on Brohm was unreal. Seemed like the front line was shoving the o-line back into him the entire second half.
November 10, 200619 yr Rutgers looked like they rushed 15 men from the line of scrimmage the whole second half. That D is for real!:eek: You hate to think one play could ruin a season, but that offsides pretty much did.

November 10, 200619 yr As a casual fan of both UK and UL (I attended another school) I am disappointed in the loss. UL having a shot to be in the championship game would be a great positive for Kentucky's image, an image usually negatively portrayed on COPS and other similar programs. Still, the Cards have had an awesome season and all their fans should be VERY proud.
