Semi final home playoff games are arbitrarily awarded as it is based on year not performance... so move the game!

I watched film of the PC - Southwestern game. Looked like the PC defense physically dominated the Southwestern offense. PC's quarterback Willy Cain is only the 3rd quarterback in Kentucky high school history to have over 300 completions in a season.

 

An even more impressive stat is PC's all time record of 23-1 in playoff games at PC Stadium.

 

Going to be a long week waiting for this one to kick off.

The closest one is at Lindsey Wilson about 40 minutes away. Somerset High School is getting turf next season. Even if they had it this season and weren't playing at home on Friday good luck getting Pulaski to give up their home field advantage.

Exactly...that's a plain and clear advantage for the Maroons on this game. It's absolute crazy-talk to think about the KHSAA making any kind of change to the field location.

Pulaski County could make Covington Catholic wear wading boots and inner tubes and the Maroons aren't winning this game. Covington Catholic has a great swimming program. Maybe they get some tips from the swim coach this week?

Outside of the hash marks the field is much better. Quick WR screens and runs to the outside on the shortside of the field could help mitigate the muddy conditions in the middle of the field.

Who cares about field conditions. Adapt and play football. Everyone acts like conditions of fields is something new. As soon as schools get turf they think they should always play on turf. Is everyone new to playing in the playoffs in November?
