Just weird that its the Michigan fan who has a former OSU coach on staff in Ed Warinner, who worked for Meyer and “all of the coaches knew” according to Courtney. Ed knew too..

Imo he's likely gone. I don't really have an opinion on it because I don't know all of the facts. But in my mind placing him on administrative leave is just a stepping stone toward firing him and starting a coaching search.

 

The administrative leave serves two purposes I'mo, one is that it shows that he was given a fair investigation when he sues OSU after they actually fire him with time left on his contract, two they can go ahead and put out feelers before actually firing him and get a new coach in place quickly.

 

If they don't fire him after placing him on administrative leave it's gonna leave a bad look for the board, so I'mo he's gone.

No clue what Urban knew but if the ex-wife is telling the truth there are a bunch of women who didn't do anything to help a woman who said she was being abused.

I think they fact that they put him on administrative leave is actually a stepping stone towards keeping him on. If he said anything in his meeting with Gene Smith today that alarmed him, I think they fire him. They had 2 options. They have 3 strong in house candidates so they aren’t putting out feelers to anyone not in the WHAC.

That would be a huge distraction to the program. Plus if they do find damning evidence on Urban in the investigation you don’t have to start at square 1 halfway through camp by bringing in a new coach.
