I am also going to put out there that CJ Conrad could be a factor. He has only 2 receptions in the last two games after a season high 5 catches against Ole Miss. Kentucky seems to forget about Conrad in their offensive scheme. But as noted above - the Cards defense - especially the secondary - has been suspect much of the season. If the Cats get CJ involved in the game plan the Cards may be caught off guard.

This fully healthy Louisville defense seems to have found themselves with Bailey, Thomas, and Alexander all out there. It's obvious just how shallow the team is at certain positions.

 

Hopefully they keep rolling.

Just about sums it up in all points IMO.

I feel like UL takes this one with UK having the better team.

Both are pretty average teams, just think Louisville is just enough better to overcome being at UKs home field to take the win. Hope I am wrong.

Vegas typically is pretty good about point spreads. But being a Card fan No way I would give 9.5 points. Their defense has been awful this season.

 

This game for me is a pick’em. Here is why:

 

UK for some reason comes out strong on offense but puts the breaks on for the rest of the game.

 

UL defense has just been awful can’t stop the run or pass.

 

You're correct in that Vegas is usually always right on it, and especially so this time of year. However, a lot of money could be made over the years taking the big points and betting against the Cards. I too think it is a pick'em.

Louisville has an unbelievable athlete at qb in Jackson. That fact will keep them in the game. Jackson can beat you with his legs or arm. Problem for the Cards is that they have nothing to go with Jackson. This will be another close UK / UL game and I think that U.K. will get this one.

I think Benny Snell will run wild and UK wins.

Not sure what the O/U is but I would play the Over.
