Western Hills (8-3) travels to Danville, KY once again to take on Boyle County (10-1). As many of you know these two teams met on October 20th, 2017 just three short weeks ago with the Rebels winning in dominating fashion 71-14.

I dont see this game going well for Western Hills. Another blowout win for Boyle.

It will be a big task to keep WanDale contained like Boyle did in the first game. I think he will have a little more success running the ball this time but not nearly enough to close the gap between these two programs. Boyle wins large.

I agree with this assessment. Wandale will get better numbers this go around but his team gets blown out nonetheless.

I think Boyle shuts Wandale down again Western Hills doesn't have enough of a passing game to keep the defense honest, I expect about the same results as the last game.

Even if Wandale runs like a deer at Rebel Field, their defense can't keep Boyle out of the end zone. If Wandale scores 50, Boyle will score 100!

Boyle is very good defensively and you can be sure their game plan is again centered around Wandale both rushing and as a receiver. A great back like him might make a couple of outstanding plays in a game against a great defense like the Rebels have, but don't expect much more.

Agreed. I thought Robinson might get 100 yards in the first game and I was dead wrong. I don't know if the Rebels can hold him to 10 again, but I wouldn't expect much more. It is just so hard to run against Boyle and without much of a passing threat. I don't see this game going much different than the first.

After the Danville game where Chuck was very upset with the offensive play calls and verbally expressed this in his post game appraisals in the paper, Boyle has changed their offensive scheme considerably. They are utilizing their very good offensive line and two very good backs by running the ball about 75% of the time. They are calling pass plays that their young QB can handle, that is evidenced by his high percentage of completions. It appears that the heart to heart Chuck had with the offensive staff after the Danville debacle really has worked.
