Kentucky High School Football Helmets: H- thru I-

I really like the Flying H of Hazard. You always hear about the Flying W of Wisconsin. How about some love for the letter H? Well done, Hazard. Well done.

I think this may be the best grouping so far. I the uniqueness of Hancock County and Harlan. Harlan County would be better served without the number. I've always been a fan of Highlands' clean "H"

Harrison County using the outline of their county (w/ their number inside it). I can dig it. Different.

I like the county outline but not sure I like the horse head on the opposite side

I'm not a fan of different logos on different sides of a helmet. If I'm Harrison County, I'm either putting the horse on both sides or the county/number on both sides. But that is simply a personal preference.

Holy Cross - Covington best in that group

HC-Covington....looks sharp. I really like the contrast and design.

I also like Hoptown's a lot as well.

Hoptown ended up playing last season with a metallic orange helmet, no decals. As far as I know, the same look will be back for the season this year.

Highlands is classic. Hoptown works as well.

Harlan County I loved better when it had the bear paw by itself.. trying a little too hard now.

Always liked Henry Clay and their use of script with a nice color scheme

I hate that I like Hancock County because it is kind of loud, but doggone it I must admit it works for me

Iroquois may be a bottom five helmet without a better explanation pending.

The best version is the "mean Bird." Perhaps somebody could add a picture?

Saw these on the helmet tournament that is going on Twitter. Corbin and Logan County had some nice looking lids too.

Consider me a fan. Really good looking uniforms from head to toe.

In regards to "Team 118," is this the 118th season of football at Hopkinsville? If so, that's an impressive history to carry over to the "new" school.

Why waste money on new uniforms if you’re starting a new school and that is really sad that a team that’s been around for 118 years is suddenly no more.
