Accurate. Though the impact of CO2 is not known. CO2 correlates with higher temps. So there is evidence (largely ignored) that CO2 level not a driver but a result. And yes, humans are adding to the CO2 and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

 

Every global warming model that was driven by CO2 levels has shown to be completely inaccurate. The Day After Tomorrow was supposed have happened many times over by now.

But telling your employee what they can and cannot do at work does not equate authoritarian behavior. It is the normal boss/employee relationship. Show me where it is the Libertarian belief a boss has no right to tell his employee what to do at work.
