I love the Flexbone triple option...so hard to defend...Belfry runs it and has been very good to them. Wish more high schools would run it. By the way Army-Navy game is going to start at 3...best way to get a taste of what the Flexbone looks like.

The UK defense has to make GT turn it over. They've been known to fumble it. Gotta make them pay if and when they do. That and Special Teams will be huge.

With Tech going through so much with the players leaving (4 SO FAR), the Cats should be able to post the win in this one.

I hope UK plays the dive option better than they have played the read option the last few years...

One thing that makes GT and the academy's hard to defend is their ability to cut block...UK has to spend lots of time learning to defend their legs on defense and still making plays...

It's an "easy offense to stop in theory" because it's not cute enough for most of this new generation of fans and even coaches.

 

Kind of like people saying the same thing about the Wishbone or Wing T in high school. They THINK they know about the offenses, but in all actuality...MOST have no clue the intricacies of them.....how flexible they are, the different avenues you can go with them, etc. They just know to jump on the "it's not cool" train.

If you're a DirecTV customer with wireless boxes, this isn't an issue. Same thing happened when UK/UofL played same time as OSU/Michigan. I set up two TVs one over the other. Fantastic four hours of football!!
