Mason County

Chris Lofton

Darius Miller

Deron Feldhaus

Ronnie Lyons

Certainly a ton of fond memories of watching those guys!

I think I would have to go with Ron Dawn (dad) over Pangallo.

Concur, but then I also got to mention Jim and Terry Sandfoss. Both went on to play D1 very successfully.

Bryan Station Defenders

Jack Givens (UK, Atlanta Hawks)

Mel Turpin (UK, Utah Jazz)

Anthony Jackson (Florida State, brief stint Lakers)

Shelvin Mack (Butler, now with Jazz)

Hard to leave off others especially Mike Allen (schools all time leading scorer, mvp of sun belt league in 1994).

Many D1, d11, juco, naia players to have come out of defender land.

Got to think about Bobby Barlow for building the frame that served the Defenders for decades.

Pendleton County

Boys:

Keaton Belcher

Rick Elrod

Talbert Turner, Jr.

Phillip Wood

Got to go with Jack Wright or Marvin Sullivan as my 4th choice.

About 15th or 16th on the all-time scoring list.

I would guess only 3 seasons, and we all know before 3 point shot. He was awesome!

So is @Mustang right or wrong? Did Neltner receive some "help" from the outside in getting the honor? I thought he was a good player, but in an era when the state of Kentucky's talent was at an all-time low.

Big deal, who hasn't? Shoot, look at all that went on this year alone? Part of the process.

Got to go with Jack Wright or Marvin Sullivan as my 4th choice.

We missed a guy...Playing major League ball. I'm just not sure who to take off my 4.

btw...this is the main discussion topic next week on the 10th Region Sports Showcase PCRO RADIO | PCRO

Louisville Central

1. Ron King (Mr. Basketball, state title, Florida State)

2. Otto Petty (all-stater, Florida State)

3. Robert Miller (state title, UC, NBA)

4. ?????

How about Joey Verax or Bobby Wyatt? Actually I might have to choose Dick King.

OMG....memory failing me. Bobby Wyatt was terrific. Didn't he go SEC? Ole Miss?

If we're talking all sports, it's kinda tough to leave off (and I did on my original one) Nate Jones. He is playing well at the highest level of his sport.

The TV guy from Channel 12 years ago?

The same one.
