Maurice Morris - 1st Team All-State 1990 and 1991 and All-State Tournament Team

Forest Able - 1950 State Tournament Team -Drafted by Syracuse Nationals…when there were ONLY NINE TEAMS in the NBA

Honorable Mention:

Carlos Turner - 1991 - All-State Tournament Team - 1st Team All-State

Eric Martin - 1994 - State Tournament Team - Kentucky All-Stars - National Junior College National Championship MVP - Started at Oklahoma

Rayshawn Morris -1994 State Tournament MVP - National Junior College Championship All-Tournament Team

It's hard to pick just four out of this group.

Growing up attending the Sweet 16 on an annual basis has left lifelong memories. Those Fairdale teams were a force to be reckoned with. Just checked out their box scores from 90 and 91 and they were really only challenged in the final games. Both opponents, Holmes and Tates Creek were very good tests for the Bulldogs. Maurice and Rayshawn related?

Sorry, but the coach is Earle Jones. 541-197. End of discussion on that one.

And the state champions disagree with you.:thumb:

thought enough of the guy to name a school after him.
