What an awesome game, crowd, evening and outcome.

 

As Yellow Card said, and I echo, the best part of NKY finally bringing home the hardware: they left NO DOUBT. Love the clean sheet in the finals. Romes played well, to be sure, but Darpel and his back-mates were terrific.

 

Special kudos to one of my favorite young men, Ryan Massie. Anyone had a better last 20 months than him? A basketball state championship, a basketball final 4 appearance, and playing (I believe) 80 minutes in a victorious State Championship Soccer match!! #CallHimLiberace
