Did the US crash N Korea internet?

Seeing various mentions that almost entire North Korean internet has crashed...with No Comment from US.

 

If US did this, then well done Mr President!!!

Looks like there was a hard crash for between 7 and 9 hours but it is slowly coming back on line.

 

People that monitor internet connectivity around the world said it looked like they were under an attack of some sort.

Would that not be the reasonable thing to do, wait for information to make a comment? Instead of making statements like the police acted stupidly or if I had as on a son, he would look like Trayvon, without having all the facts. I have even given credit to Obama for the 2 or 3 things he has done right in his 6 years in office.

Happens all the time at work. People accidentally hit the little red switch on the power strip. The only difference is, it takes North Korea 9 hours to figure out what happened.

From what I've seen and heard the internet crash was extremely widespread. It's been reported all 30 internet users in North Korea have been affected.
