Yes to the Louisville area. His wife was commuting back and forth to Louisville several days a week with her job. MoCo will really miss him. I know I will.

So it is official Woodward has not gotten the job? and where does Holland end up,does he coach in this up coming season?

What a joke ... 5 coaches in 5 years! I'm glad he left, Coach Holland deserves better. He is a great coach and a better man.

Today's Mt. Sterling Advocate has a story concerning the ADs retirement. The story states that the new coach will be hired probably before the AD is hired.

Just me...but I'd say normally that is NOT a good idea.

So any word on where Coach Holland might land?? There was speculation of North Oldham, but that position is now filled.

Haven't heard a word on Holland's next coaching job. He did mention in the local paper of "staying in the system" . I honestly don't believe that,

I'm guessing that just a nice way to keep his checks coming from moco. The guy is to good of a coach to just get out now.

 

Haven't heard any names for the moco job other than 1 maybe 2 assistants that have applied. I'm not sure who they could attract

from across the state (or out of state) with what's happened here over the last 4 years.

Wow, from borderline legendary former college coach that takes you to the Sweet 16, to an accomplished high school coach that goes 29-3, to a young assistant with zero head coaching experience all in a 3 year span? This whole situation is a head scratcher.
