Sorry dd, I'm gonna call bull on that. Cop had his car pulled to the side there with I assume and quite sure with his blue lights running. Unless incapacitated somehow, one should have known what was going on. What I think anyway.

I am just saying that when he approaches and shines the light in the window, it is almost impossible to see anything behind the flashlight when it is shined in your face. I am not saying she did not see the Deputy at all, to me it looks like she saw him he then turned and shined the light on her. Tonight when it gets dark have someone stand outside you rolled up car window and shine a flashlight in your face and let me know how well you see behind that light.

Sorry, she is to blame for the entire incident. She ultimately caused her own death. Not saying she should have died, just that blame falls squarely on her for the actions that took place.

I think she saw him, then when he walked up to the car to stop her the light was on her. Yes, if you can't see then don't continue to drive.

I understand that, but if she wouldn't have broken the law by disobeying a lawful order she would still be alive.

What we know is he knew he had backup coming and he chose to jump on the hood on his own for either self preservation or b/c he was mad she fled. If he jumped b/c he was mad he as a cop who is paid to make life or dear decisions made a far worse decision than she did. If she didn't accelerate with him on the hood putting his life in danger he should go to jail a long time. I still lean he felt he was in life threatening danger but there are many many questions.

But you could see the deputy fine in the video as well as the other cars. It's not like she wasn't looking in his direction prior to him shining a flashlight in her direction. I mean she was driving towards him, maybe that's stupid of me to assume she was looking in the direction she was driving......

People have watched too much TV crime dramas. They think things happen quickly because of that.

Completely agree. This is just one of the factors that doesn't make sense to me in this case. Granted we only get what we get from the media, but it just doesn't add up IMO
