Nope, but look who it is. When is the last time these departments had a situation like this, or even an officer involved shooting?

 

Why not have Cincy PD investigate, they deal with this stuff every day. Would make much more sense to me, and give a better perception.

Because one they are out of state (totally different set of laws) and two your top guys from NKY are probably better than Cincy PD.

2. Maybe the top NKY guns are better, but answer my point, how many of these situations have they had? A good Lawyer will eat like a king on the experience factor of the investigation and that they have had few to deal with. IE do they know what they are doing.

Plenty of experience, this is basic to mid level accident reconstruction. The NKY guys will kick tail.

If I follow there is a special prosecutor? If so, it is on his shoulders and I don't think the locals are an issue.
