No one ever said the car didn't stop at least momentarily that I have read?

 

What is your question, only two people could have done it, the driver or passenger. What would getting car into reverse answer?

He shoots. Car accelerates for a few seconds then comes to a stop on it's own. Passenger tries to put it in park but only gets reverse.

If we're all in agreement that the dead weighted foot accelerated the car after the shooting wasn't there just as much of a chance at a worse injury after shooting her four times going for the kill to stop the threat? We know he jumped off a still moving car from his report to get hurt. I know we're now Monday morning QB'ing but shooting her didn't really guarantee his safety.

c) she was trying to stop but was shot during the process and she only made it to reverse and not park...

If her foot wasn't on the gas how was she accelerating forward like he says and how did the car accelerate backwards in the video? Her foot almost had to have stayed on the gas pedal after the shooting.

I've had a couple of vehicles, where if you're on a relatively flat, smooth surface, if the car was put into reverse, that the idle speed of the engine would still allow it to go backwards. Not very fast, mind you...but, still enough to move the car.

Getting shot in real life is different than the movies. You don't just die instantly. Only 1 person can tell us what happened behind the wheel that night, and unfortunately she's not here to tell us what she was thinking and how the car got in reverse, etc.

Watched a dash cam video the other day a man was shot with a fatal shot (he drove off and died 1/4 of a mile away) and to watch the video you can't tell he was ever hit. He didn't flinch, jump or do anything except keep shooting at the officer until he got back in his car and drove off.

 

Real life isn't like Call of Duty, you don't die and lose all ability to do anything with a shot or two hitting you.

What does that matter, doesn't make the bullet more deadly or kill quicker at 5 foot versus 20 ft or even 50 ft.
