How did anyone end up thinking parties happen on this property every week? I feel pretty confident not many parties happened on that property during that brutal winter. What are we talking about maybe 3 or 4 good weekends where it could have even been possible to have a party on that property? How would the owner of that property if they lived in a different zip code as someone said be responsible?

I just said the MAY be liable IF these went on all of the time and they knew about them. One of the articles or post I read said the owners were aware that this was a frequent site for field parties and that's why I asked the question.

 

If they had no idea then there is no way to even consider any action against them.

Why should it be closed? Everyone is entitled to an opinion and it doesn't hurt anything for us to discuss it here.

I agree. Whether she was or wasn't intoxicated is irrelevant IMO.

Nope and in some cases it is worse if she wasn't under some influence.

I would argue it also doesn't matter how the officer ended up on the hood i.e. he jumped because he was going to be hit or jumped on on his own. Once he was on and she didn't stop.....it's on her. She can't claim she didn't know he was on there.
