Wis. will need to shoot the lights out to win, but they are more than capable.

We should out rebound them. They avg 33 boards a game we avg 41.

 

The bad part is they have 158 more assists than turnovers and we have 35 more TOs than assists. Steals are virtually the same 179 them 175 us. Most would argue they're competition has been tougher though.

That beat down on Baylor was impressive and scary...Wisconsin and Florida were the two easiest final four picks for me.

 

Like mentioned before the Cats have got to be on their game, Wisconsin seems to just get up and strangle teams to death.

Fortunately, it's not up to me. I can have all the confidence in the world. It's the TEAM that must focus on the game at hand.

 

And I am CONFIDENT that they will do just that.

This really isn't your grandfathers Wisconsin team. They've only scored under 60 points twice this season. A lot more high powered offense with the typical solid defense. Definitely a tough matchup for UK.

Kentucky's last 3 opponents have been similar to each other, so the game plan didn't vary as much from game to game. I don't know a lot about Wisconsin, but they seem to pose a much different challenge. This will be a tough one for the Cats.

This is true. Wisconsin thrives on forcing tempo more than anybody UK has played in this tournament, and that includes Louisville (who seemed to get the tempo they wanted and still lost).

 

That said, Kentucky 2.0 seems to be a team that can handle any tempo and still find a way. With that in mind, I think they win by 4.

I just think that Wisconsin is a better match up for the Cats than what Arizona would have been and we you get to this point I think match ups are important because you are going to be playing very good squads or they wouldn't have mad it this far.

Wisky doesn't have anyone outside of Jackson that can beat the defense off the bounce from the perimeter which will help hide where UK has struggled. Pretty much going to come down to how well they shoot from three. If they hit 8 or more from deep UK is in trouble. Anything less than that and I think UK moves on to Monday night...
