It will be very tough without Willie. It was already thought that Michigan was a poor matchup for UK.

Its going to be really tough. UK has their hands full, but to be in the Elite 8 with a legitimate shot to win it all is all that you can ask. The team is playing well and playing together.

 

If WCS is out the rest of the way, Dakari continuing to contribute will be a big help. Poythress and Young have to play big as well going down the stretch. And more Hawkins please. Like his defense. Horrible offensive player though.

Things will be tough without him. Anything is possible after the way the game just finished. If they did this to Louisville without him, I wouldn't consider it impossible against anyone else remaining.

BTW, you could put WCS on the floor with an achilles injury and simply tell him to stand in the paint on the defensive end and he'd be more effective than Marcus Lee.

Lee will probably have to play some against Michigan. That's scary. Hopefully he won't do too bad. Foul trouble on Sunday could be a huge issue.

Will be extremely difficult, but with the way Poythress and Johnson picked their game up tonight made our road look a little more promising moving on without WCS.

Everything I've seen and heard said Achilles. If so, he's obviously done and facing a long recovery.

I think best case he's just out for the rest of this year. If not an Achilles then severe sprain or even a break. If it's achillies see Dragonfires post above.
