Could the headache of dealing with the "union mafia" be too much of a deterrent? Maybe the headache isn't worth it to many.

About 15 put in for the Boone job last year.

I would expect a lot more to apply for the Ryle job, I think it speaks to the perception of the administration and Triple Crown Power Rangers.

Either no one cares to even release the names they've heard or Ryle has done a really good job of keeping it quiet.

Kozerski is an excellent coach. He would be great for Ryle football.

How would Specht do w/ the limited resources in comparison to what he had at St. X? He's drawing from a much smaller area in Union.

Its Boone Co though, they have tough Teacher policies and with very few, if any teaching jobs open at Ryle at this point, that will lead many to not even apply.

Koz will never leave HC. He had the opportunity after he won state at HC a couple of years ago. Now, he will retire there. Im not sure if HC really wants fball, but with Koz there, they won't get rid of it and I think Koz knows it
