Ryle did not have Jimmy or Joe in 12-13. If Siple was good enough to win with what Ryle had the past two seasons, he'd not have settled for Grant Co or been sought after for other positions.

I think you'll find winning will come as the the current classes progress trough the program. Coach Warner likely would have won, so will the next guy.

I assume. I think the issue with Coach Smith may be geography. And for the record, I would love to see Ryle hire Coach Smith.

 

Chuck Smith could be the head coach for 6 schools at the same time. And if those 6 schools played each other, each of them would get the win.

Do you honestly believe he would leave? I can't think of a scenario where he walks away from Highlands. Too big of a risk if you ask me. He's the next in line at Highlands, but if he left to get Head Coaching experience and failed, does Highlands hire him when the boss retires? Moot point, IMO, but worth discussing.

Why apply? The pay scales are public knowledge, so the applicant knows what their salary will be even before applying.
