Great win for Male. 2 things would be hard for me to believe: 1) Scott County keeps Male under 40 points 2) Male does not win state. Rocks have an unusual year - great champions they are.

I said it in the update thread, but will mention it again here. Trinity was a tough team to peg. One week their faithful would give me the impression they were uninspired, then other weeks (i.e., take last week for example), it would look like they were the team to beat. From the sound of things, this just wasn't their year, but I'm sure they'll be back.

This was the year for another school to rise up and Male with that nasty screen pass has done just that.

I do feel bad for the team that Male fans couldn't even fill their side of the stands for them.. and I do wish the Male school administration had even a bit of control over their students.... but I'm sure that's the grumpy old man in me.
