Offensively, it's Votto. Overall, I have a hard time picking anyone not name Mat Latos.

Not true. Due to the ineffectiveness of the 2 spot, Votto has led off more innings this year than any other #3 hitter in baseball.

Still Votto is the man! Reds have best second and first basemen on the right side and two of the worst on the left side

He gets on base WAY too often to move him farther down the line up. If you are really concerned about him being a "weak" 3-hitter, then move up him up to the 2-spot. Guy produces runs and I could care less if they came from him scoring or him driving them in.
