UK Roster for 2013/14

I could see Dakari Johnson being an energy guy off the bench, coming in and blocking shots, grabbing rebounds, and putting in some dunks. Kentucky's big men under Calipari all seem to improve as the season progresses so perhaps by the end of the year, Johnson could be a very reliable option. Of course I'm also anticipating Cauley-Stein makes improvements like Josh Harrellson did (maybe not three-point shooting, but everything else), which would take pressure off of Johnson to be an immediate star.

WCS can focus on getting stronger in the off season and what not but his biggest focus should really be on that awful free throw shooting.

Good article by Jason Jordan on Andrew Wiggins.

Come to Kentucky, Andrew, because Randy really wants you to

From that article...

That and being prepared for the NBA, which Wiggins says is the primary goal for his year-long stint in college.

“And winning,” Wiggins said. “Coach (John) Calipari said we’d win games by a lot if I came to Kentucky because no one could play help defense. I love that because I love to dominate. Who doesn’t like to win by a lot? But I have to be prepared for the league. I’m really focused on that. Just gotta figure out where that preparation will happen.”

Nick Wiggins, brother of Andrew, says he expects a decision in the next "two to three weeks." Per Adam Zagoria.

Also per Zagoria, Nick Wiggins says Mom & Dad want Florida State, but they will support whatever Andrew decides.

Per Kyle Tucker, Nick Wiggins says he doesn't think UK is the best fit for Andrew after seeing how they performed with such a young team, plus the loaded class.

What does his brother know anyway...haha

Seriously though, If Wiggins isn't completely sold on UK then it may be best that he play elsewhere...He'd be great to have and will be awesome wherever he goes but I'd say it is a difficult decision with the class they have coming in.

Andrew's brother is probably laying in the snow like a slug....

He's actually in Atlanta getting ready to play tomorrow... :D

Didn't his brother just say last week or so that he would like to see him go to UK?

Didn't we know this when we first heard of Andrew Wiggins?

It's just the family trying to build suspense for when he actually announces. I think after reading everything he's UK. The family is just casting some doubt.

If I were a betting man, and I am, I'd say it ends up being Kentucky. I've learned not to bet against Cal.

Has Wiggins schedule a date to announce?

No, and he probably won't have one. Has said he doesn't want to have a big announcement or anything like that.
